 This option is suitable for organizations who are looking to  acquire monies from $500,000 to a million dollars or more in funding from  funders.  A soft search is included in this package so that your  organization is aware of the different funds that you qualify for.   Estimated time completion varies due to the grant requirements but can take up to one month.   Our services include:

• Prepare and submit proposals for funding
  
• Research up to three grants that your organization qualifies for and apply to one of them
  
• Follow all requirements and deadlines for grant applications
  
• Draft and edit high quality and compelling LOI’s, grant reports, and acknowledgement letters  
  
• Write, edit, and format private grant proposals, reports, and other funding deliverables
  
• Communicate with potential donors and institutional donors
  
• Research and evaluate best practices to improve grant submission outcomes
• Assists Community Development Grants Division staff with implementation of state and federal grants through financial management of the grants to include reviewing eligible costs, cost reasonableness, and reimbursement requests of pass-through grants

• Assists in researching best practices for program implementation of Community 

• Development programs for competitive grant applications
